With over 45 years of manufacturing experience in partnership with the Willibald company based in Germany, LIPA manufactures high quality flail mowers and mulchers in their factory in Italy. LIPA products are well designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM technologies, which include laser cutting, robot welders and state of the art electronic balancers. All LIPA products use high quality materials which stand the test of time, in fact some customers have extensively used LIPA flail mowers and mulchers for over 25 years, only replacing flails/hammers and belts occasionally (and many are used commercially). The LIPA company has now manufactured over 28,000 flail mowers and mulchers worldwide; their quality and performance are hard to beat.
The Lipa TLBE-SF Series of Flail Mulcher is designed to bridge the gap between the Lipa TLBE/TLBE-S Flail Mowers and the Lipa TLE-FS Forestry Mulchers, both from a cost and performance perspective. The Lipa TLBE-SF Flail Mulcher range is well suited for mowing grass, mulching brush, plus processing small trees up to around 4-5″ in diameter (but larger material can be mulched with slow and careful operation, especially with soft wood and 20+ GPM of Aux flow).
The Mini Excavator models found to be most suitable (from a hydraulic flow and stability perspective) for this TLBE-SF 70 flail mulcher, include: Kubota KX121/KX040/U45/U48/U55, Deere 50D/50G/50P, Bobcat E40/E42/E45/E48/E50/E55, Cat 305, Takeuchi TB250, Sany SY50U and Yanmar SV40/Vio 50/Vio55.
The TLBE-SF series of flail mulcher range feature swinging hammers (which are reversible for double the life), in addition to a double set of heavy safety chains across the front and rear to help control flying debris. Heavy duty skid plates are present on both ends to help control cut height. The Lipa TLBE-SF Flail Mulcher range does NOT require a case drain.

The TLBE-SF series flail mulchers feature a manual adjust front door, which in the raised position allows you to cut the top off small trees from the side, then mulch them to the ground. With the door lowered, it limits the material thrown forward, which is very important when operating around homes or roads.
Couplers to connect to most Mini Excavators are included, but some couplers have an additional charge, such as Bobcat X-Change and TAG/WainRoy couplers. Please contact us directly so we can configure a quote for your machine.
Hydraulic hoses are not supplied, but we can supply them for an additional cost. Please contact us directly so we can determine what hose length you need and what hydraulic couplers you have to connect to.

A hydraulic cylinder is available for the front door. These can be added to easily raise or lower the front door, and is designed for Mini Excavators which have a 2nd auxiliary circuit, to raise or lower the front door while mulching with the primary auxiliary circuit. Warranty
A one year parts warranty is provided on the TLBE-SF Flail Mulchers. This warranty covers everything apart from flails, belts (unless they are found to be defective) and abuse, for one year after purchase date.
