Seedliner Seed Diffusers were designed by Phil Needham to help reduce the impact of fragile legume and pulse seeds (especially peas, canola, soybeans, chick peas, dry edible beans and many other seeds within cover crop mixes) from hitting the inside of the John Deere steel manifold covers , before reaching a dead stop and bouncing back down again.
Seedliners Seed Diffusers measure 10.5″ in diameter, and they work for all crops to help diffuse the energy of the seeds hitting the middle of the steel cover and deflect them out radially to the seed tubes.
The Seedliner Seed Diffusers are manufactured from highly wear resistant material for long life, even when using fertilizer and seed combinations.
Seedliner Seed Diffusers will not work with the new style John Deere seed distribution manifolds, which were released in 2010.
